Our Membership Application is online, courtesy of our friends at OHCRA.

New members: Please have some photo ID available, like a driver’s license, or other government issued identification, which you’ll be asked to upload as an image. If you have a headshot photo with no sunglasses or hat, for your OHCRA race participation card, you may upload that too!

Note:  In 2026, HCRA will require you to separately go to their website, hcrapaddler.com to complete their waiver.

New members, you’ll be asked to upload an image of your driver license, passport or other government issued id (Birth Cert for keiki).  You’ll also want to have a photo of yourself for your paddler ID – no sunglasses, no hats, headshot only.

2. Navigate to https://hcrapaddler.com to sign in to your HCRA account and complete their HCRA waiver.
