In 2026, HCRA will require you to complete their form on their own website.
New members, you’ll be asked to upload an image of your driver license, passport or other government issued id (Birth Cert for keiki). You’ll also want to have a photo of yourself for your paddler ID – no sunglasses, no hats, headshot only.
Form will be online here, January 1, 2026. Upon submission, you’ll receive your own email copy, and you’ll be returned to your club’s website for all the latest from your club.
