In 2026, HCRA will require you to complete their form on their own website.
New members, you’ll be asked to upload an image of your driver license, passport or other government issued id (Birth Cert for keiki). You’ll also want to have a photo of yourself for your paddler ID – no sunglasses, no hats, headshot only.
