Step 1: Use the button below to register membership for 2026.
New members, you’ll be asked to upload an image of your driver license, passport or other government issued id (Birth Cert for keiki). You’ll also want to have a photo of yourself for your paddler ID – no sunglasses, no hats, headshot only.
Step 2: Navigate to https://hcrapaddler.com and sign in to your HCRA account, where HCRA requires you to sign your HCRA waiver.
Step 3: Pay your club dues!

Form will be online here, January 1, 2025. Upon submission, you’ll receive your own email copy, and you’ll be returned to your club’s website for all the latest from your club.
