Note:  In 2026, HCRA will require you to separately go to their website, hcrapaddler.com to complete their waiver.

New members, you’ll be asked to upload an image of your driver license, passport or other government issued id (Birth Cert for keiki).  You’ll also want to have a photo of yourself for your paddler ID – no sunglasses, no hats, headshot only.
